Caution: Please note that several target prediction programs have different versions that are publicly available. For example, miRanda has target predictions available in at least three different modes: (1) miRBase targets website, (2) miRanda website's pre-compiled lists, and (3) downloadable excel files. Each of these lists represent noticeably different sets of predictions, due to the version of miRanda that was used. Therefore, if there are discrepancies between TargetCombo's target predictions and other websites, please keep such version differences in mind. For TargetCombo, target predictions were extracted for each program from the following locations:
